The typical Frisian house stands detached on a plot of around 750 square metres and offers space for 6 people with a living area of around 100 square metres. There is a large pond in the beautifully landscaped garden. The garden is completely fenced in. The house is located near the dyke in a beautiful, quiet holiday village. The sandy beach and the new "Sturmfrei" leisure and wellness centre as well as a supermarket with bakery are just a few minutes' walk away. The new Schloss Lütetsburg golf course is just 15 minutes away by car. Additional costs: energy costs (included in the price), visitor's tax (to be paid in advance).
