In a large (100 m²) and luminous house, located 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and 10 minutes from Yschools, 15 minutes bus ride from UTT, I offer 4 rooms to rent to students searching for a quiet and pleasant surroundings.
Each room is clear, with a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe or closet. You will share with the other tenants :
- a kitchen with oven, microwave oven, a large refrigirator, induction hob, iron, cooking gear, table ware...
- a bathroom including a toilet,
- a second separate toilet,
- Free private parking,
