1. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Riverfront Cocoa Beach facility details:

โข Open daily, 10:00 AMโSunset, weather permitting. No refunds for closures.
โข Guests must sign a waiver for use upon arrival.
โข Pool is not heated.
โข Events, including live music or private events may occur during your visit to facility.

11. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in Florida. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
12. Home Age: Nearly 80-years old and though renovated there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos.
13. Bicycles: Available for additional fee, must sign separate waiver.
14. Smart Home/Security: Exterior cameras at entry door and driveway (NO interior cameras), noise monitor in hallway (decibels only), and Echo devices in living and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
