This suite is a WOW! Welcome to this stunning, spacious (1122 square feet) 3rd Floor condo on the North East corner of the award winning Uptown Place with amazing mountain and lake views. Our owners have taken this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo to a new level of excellence.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows with views, large spa like bathroom with walk in shower, finished with rich tile work and high end fixtures. The second bedroom accommodates a queen size bed, large closet, and floor to ceiling windows. The second bathroom doesn't disappoint. Both bedrooms now have black out blinds.
Every room has floor to ceiling windows, bathing the suite in natural light. Enjoy the mountain views and Swan Lake Nature Reserve from the large dining room which accommodates 6 or enjoy a glass of wine on the 129 sq ft balcony while barbecuing.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, a place to entertain, share a meal with family and friends, and in this open concept floor plan you'll will enjoy cooking and conversation. No details have been overlooked, from unique and plentiful cupboard space and drawers to designer fixtures.
Uptown Trails offers new sumptuous furniture, grey plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms and smart TV's. Your cable package includes music channels, but don't leave home without your favourite CD's, there's a radio/combo CD player in the suite.
Uptown Place is West Coast architecture that sits on beautifully landscaped property. The location is easy access to the nature walk around Swan Lake, or bring your bike and take a ride or walk the renowned Galloping Goose Trail. The building has bike storage.
The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to Uptown Mall, where you'll find Whole Foods, Banking, Restaurants, Boutiques and
Walmart. A 15 minute bus ride, or 10 minute drive, takes you into downtown Victoria. There is quick access to Pat Bay Highway heading to the Ferry, airport, Butchard gardens and the charming town of Sidney! The condo is simply beautiful and the location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the hubbub of downtown but still close enough to access everything. We also recognize that with all these amenities in such close proximity, traffic noise can be an issue for those seeking the serenity of a more rural setting. Please be aware that this condo is located next to roads and buildings that can produce a certain amount of noise.
