La Talonnière is located 1.5 hours from Paris Gare Austerlitz, near the medieval town of Beaugency, between Orléans and Blois, on the Loire en Vélo cycle route.
Close to the châteaux of Meung-sur-Loire, Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Orléans Cathedral, and Beauval Zoo, among others. This vacation home features a beautiful 46 m² living area on the ground floor, including a lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine) and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with a 90 cm bed and two 80 cm beds (which can be joined to form a 160 cm bed).
You can enjoy the terrace and private courtyard at the rear of the house, featuring a lounge area, garden furniture, a gas grill, and a table tennis table for family fun.
