・Meeting & Event：
Attending meetings & events within the hotel：

・Visitors：¥500 per 30 minutes

During the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025, which will be held from April 13, 2025, to October 13, 2025, we will be making changes to the locations and fees for luggage storage within the hotel as outlined below:
For Guests with Individual Reservations:
On the Day of Arrival (from 7:00 AM onwards):
Location: 1st Floor Bell Desk (Free of charge)
On the Day of Departure (after check-out):
Location: 1st Floor Bell Desk (¥1,000 per item of luggage)
For Guests with Group Reservations:
On the Day of Arrival:
Location: Designated Banquet Hall (*1) (¥1,000 per person)
On the Day of Departure:
Location: Designated Banquet Hall (*1) (¥1,000 per person)
For Guests Attending Banquets or Weddings:
During the Event:
Location: Cloakroom of the Respective Banquet Hall (Free of charge)
For External Guests Using the Restaurant:
Luggage storage is not available.
Additionally, we anticipate a high volume of luggage storage requests during the event period. Due to space limitations, we may have to suspend luggage storage services for departing guests without prior notice

For luggage, we also offer delivery services from the hotel to your home (additional fees apply). Please refer to the Yu-Pack website for details on shipping fees.

Due to the inspection, there will be a power outage throughout the property from June 18, 2025 (Wed) to June 19, 2025 (Thu) 03:00 PM.
During the power outage, accommodation and restaurant services will not be available.
The restaurant will reopen for dinner on June 19, 2025 (Thu).
