Unser Stadtteil Sendling war frรผher ein Bauerndorf und ist รคlter als die Stadt Mรผnchen selbst. Es ist ein ruhiges, "normales" Wohnviertel, in dem sich die Nachbarn noch kennen. In fรผnf Minuten ist man jeweils entweder im benachbarten Park, oder auch an der neuen Sportanlage Neuhofen, mit Basketball- und Fuรballplรคtzen, Fitnessgerรคten, Skaterbahn, die Innenstadt / der Marienplatz ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar, wie auch unser schรถner Zoo Hellabrunn und der "Flaucher" - eine wunderschรถne Naturregion am nahen Isar-Strand, der zu Fiร oder 7n 10 Min mit dem Bus etreichbar ist. Die Mรผnchner gehen gerne dorthin Schwimmen und veranstalten Grill-Partys am Ufer.
Cafรฉs, Restaurants, Supermรคrkte finden Sie in der nahen Umgebung, oder am Harras, in der Passauer Straรe, oder in der Hofmannstraรe.
