The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture. Garden pond, changing room, ski stable, room for hiking boots. Children's world on 100 square meters with climbing wall, giant 4 in a row and air hockey. Restaurant Hofer Stub'n with products from our own farm.

Kolsassberg, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house. On the property there are still the restaurant Hofer Stubn and the holiday flats TIR KAR 013 (6 or 10 people) and TIR KAR 014 (4 people). The holiday apartment can be rented either with 2 bedrooms for 6 persons (total 85 sqm) or with 4 bedrooms for 10 persons (total 125 sqm plus large covered terrace). When booking up to 6 people only 2 bedrooms are provided, the rest is closed. Parking is available on the property.
