1st floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people (bed 140x 190 cm) and 1 bedroom for 1 person (bed 90x190cm). 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet.
2nd floor: Large library with office, living room with TV 140 cm, DVD and CD player, hifi system.
Enclosed landscaped garden (1000m²) with a pond (not fenced) including koi carp and goldfish. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking nearby in an adjacent street.
