This completely renovated luxury apartment with completely new interior and sea view is located in the heart of Altea, 50 meters from the beach! The modern decoration and furnishings create a nice and relaxed atmosphere, where you can relax. The apartment complex borders the pleasant boulevard of Altea with various restaurants, bars and shops, a unique location. Everything is within walking distance, just leave the car behind! The apartment has a shared swimming pool, but a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea is also very nice. You can park your car in the underground garage, where there is a facility for charging your electric car.

LAYOUT OF THE HELENA APARTMENT
Apartment Helena is located on the 1st floor of a complex with a total of 5 floors that is accessible via stairs or elevator. The spacious living room has a sitting area, dining area, satellite TV (NL channels), WiFi and music system with Bluetooth connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and equipped with, among other things, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and citrus juicer. From the kitchen you have access to the laundry room, where the washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack are located. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180x200) en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (180x200) Bedroom 3 and 4: both with 2 single beds (90 x 200). There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have shutters on the windows. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
OUTSIDE OF APARTMENT HELENA
From the living area you walk through the sliding doors onto the spacious terrace (east-facing). There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a lounge area. There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool. From the swimming pool you can easily walk to Platja de l'Espigo beach.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Helena is suitable for a winter stay. The apartment is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are € 35 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March the rental amount is € 2100 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee.
