The ground floor offers a private, heated 7,5m x 4m swimming pool with a sundeck area with 6 lounge chairs, a traditional summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table, another dining area is in shade under a big, old fig tree next to a covered fun area with table tennis, table soccer, orbitrack, and exercise bike, you also have a toilet and shower at this level.
On the ground floor is an additional bedroom for two persons with a mini kitchen connected to the mentioned bathroom, sofa bed, and AC. It can be like a mini apartment on the ground floor.
The first floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a TV, a fireplace, and an exit to a spacious terrace on the south side with a view of the village and valley.
Bedroom No.1 has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, bathroom en-suite with shower, AC, and a small terrace.
Bedroom No.2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm, AC.
