From sipping your morning coffee in a comfy seat near the large living room windows to dining alfresco overlooking the gorgeous sunset on Lake Travis, this house provides serene views for unwinding and connecting.
Lounge in the living room on a brand new comfy leather sofa and plush armchairs (not pictured), enjoying conversation or watching your favorite shows on a large wall-mounted TV. The dining table seats 6, and the nearby bar seating extends the seating to 8 total. We know a well-stocked kitchen is important, so weve made sure the kitchen has all the cookware and related gear you need to prepare meals for your group.
The covered patio off the living room has both a dining and seating area - perfect for a meal or watching the sunset over the lake. The balcony's windscreen reduces occasional gusts to a breeze so you can still peacefully enjoy the space.
The garage flex space / game room boasts a full-size ping pong table, TV, dart board, treadmill, and yoga mats. A bike is also available for guest use.

What to be aware of:
- Pets ARE allowed. We gladly welcome furry companions and charge a $125 fee per pet for their accommodation. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to repair any damage they cause- Hollows community association requires all guests to complete a separate registration form prior to arrival, and to follow neighborhood guidelines
- Hosts collect and do NOT keep these fees included in the total trip cost:Â resort fee (charged by HOA for use of community pool, fitness center, etc), hotel taxes owed to state and city (only half of the total 13% taxes are included in the tax line - the rest is included in the nightly rate)
