ein schoenes grosses möbliertes Zimmer - es ist auch möglich das Zimmer nur für kurze Zeit zu mieten oder längere Zeit- je nach Bedarf
Voll möbliert - das Bett kann man auf den Fotos nicht richtig sehen
Perfekt für Studenten Praktikanten z.B.

Möbliertes Zimmer, zentral, ruhige Lage ca 16 m²
Designermoebel, Laminat, Neu renoviert
Die Moebel gehoeren mir.
2 Mitbewohner, weiblich und maennlich,Mitte 20, beide Praktikanten, Studenten
Es ist praktisch eingerichtet : Großes Bett (1,40m) , Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regal
Es ist alles da, im Zimmer und auch sonst in der Wohnung, also einfach kommen
Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus, da er einen Platz nähe Uni Großhadern gefunden hat.

nahe 1860 Grünwalder Stadion
kleiner Park in der Nähe der Wohnung

Es wird ab und zu mal was zusammen gemacht,je nach Lust und Laune
es gibt ein paar Cafes um die Ecke wo man hin gehen kann
und einen großen Biergarten
beide Mitbewohner sind sehr nett
sehr offen und reden gern
