Located in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Pontida (500 meters), on the fourth and top floor of a large condominium with a green area. Guests can enjoy a large balcony/terrace overlooking the upper city and the condominium garden, Daikin heat pumps, ultra-fast Wi-Fi with fiber optics (10 Gb), electric shutters, washing machine, dishwasher and all the comforts necessary for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The rooms are of large size (16 square meters) to which are added the respective bathrooms of about 4 square meters. Each room has a large double bed with storage, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, abat-jour etc. The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need (2 refrigerators, iron and ironing board, drying rack in each room, vacuum cleaner and everything you need to clean the house). The area is well connected by public transport, it is located near the station (1.4 km) from which the well-known Orio airport can be easily reached. The area is well served by various commercial activities such as supermarkets: Coop (300m), Carrefour (500m), Conad (600m) and Esselunga (700m); Post office less than 200 meters away; the university located in via dei Caniana 2, is 650m away. The Hospital Papa Giovanni XXIII is 5 mts by car and only 25 minutes walking distance. Ideal solution for demanding professionals and/or students who need a welcoming and quiet environment. The rent required for the room with a private bathroom the request is €615. A one-time payment of €75 is required for contract registration. A security deposit of one month's rent is required at the time of booking, to be paid directly to the host via Bank Transfer to his bank account . The rent is inclusive of all utilities and includes weekly cleaning of shared spaces, with no additional costs.

Unico, prestigioso, luminoso e grande appartamento con 6 camere da letto . Nelle strette vicinanze di piazza Pontida (150 metri), al quarto e ultimo piano di un ampio condominio con spazio verde. Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di un ampio balcone/terrazzo con vista su citta alta e sul giardino condominiale, pompe di calore Daikin, Wi fi ultra veloce con fibra ottica (10 Gb), tapparelle elettriche, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e con tutti i confort necessari per una permanenza comoda e serena. La camera è di ampia metratura (17 mq) a cui bisogna aggiungere il rispettivo bagno privato di circa 4 mq . Ogni camera dispone di un ampio letto matrimoniale contenitore, armadio, comodino, scrivania, abat jour ecc. La casa è arredata e corredata di tutto il necessario (ferro e asse da stiro, stenditoio in ogni camera, aspirapolvere e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della casa). La zona è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, in prossimità della stazione e facilmente raggiungibile il ben noto aeroporto di Orio.
