Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The house was clean and beautiful, and all the facilities were in good condition. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. However, it would be better if there was a water filter and an extension plug.
Negative: Another thing the trash bags were too thin. Please get better quality ones; they tore easily even with a small amount of rubbish, causing a mess. We ended up having to buy our own trash bags. The worst part is the deposit it was promised to be returned within 24 hours, but it’s been more than that and still no update. When we asked, there was no response at all, only “seen.” Why is it that when asking for the deposit payment, everything is done so quickly, but when it comes to returning it, it becomes like this? Also, the parking lot is quite far from the entrance, which is really inconvenient.
