Due luminosissime stanze uso singole in stabile indipendente a 4 livelli nel centro storico di Valenzano (BA).
La pitturazione delle stanze è stata appena eseguita, le zone in comune (terrazzo, ingresso, scale) sono video sorvegliate da allarme anti intrusione e rilevatore di fumo al fine di garantire la sicurezza dei residenti.
Ogni stanza è dotata di ventilatore, diversi punti luce ed è arredata con 1 letto King size completo di biancheria, 1 settimino, 1 sedia da ufficio, 1 scrivania di due metri, 1 specchio, 1 armadio a due ante, 1 divano in pelle, 1 una libreria a muro.
Le stanze sono molto luminose e spaziose le ampie finestre hanno vetri a camera e zanzariere, NO TV, gli animali NON sono ammessi e NO fumatori.
La proprietà è composta da quattro livelli abitativi indipendenti con lavatrice nuova, asciugatrice nuova, aria condizionata nuova, terrazzo in comune, le due stanze hanno il balcone privato, la cucina privata è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovissimi e delle suppelletti, entrambe le stanze hanno il bagno privato.
I due proprietari vivono ad i primi due livelli dello stabile, l'ingresso degli ospiti è separato da quello dei proprietari.
Ogni stanza è solo per UNA persona titolare del contratto di affitto, per motivi fiscali è vietato ospitare altri.
La zona è molto servita, con presenza di supermercati, bar, farmacie, vari negozi e altri servizi al dettaglio siamo vicini ad Università Agronomia e Veterinaria e al plesso ricerche Tecnopolis.
Nel prezzo è COMPRESO il WIFI FIBRA 40mbs FASTWEB.
Le utenze di luce, gas ed acqua sono da dividere tra i residenti e da pagare a parte bimensilmente come specificato nell' annuncio.
Ci troviamo ad un minuto a piedi dalla fermata del bus e dalla stazione ferroviaria ove il Centro di Bari si raggiunge in 20 minuti.
Ogni livello abitativo e relativo ingresso sono indipendenti l'uno dall'altro per una PRIVACY GARANTITA.
I due proprietari vivono ai primi due livelli della proprietà e gli accessi separati garantiscono pienamente la suddetta privacy.
Gli elettrodomestici e le cucine sono nuovi essi sono affidati alla cura dell'affittuario, eventuali rotture o riparazioni sono a totale carico di quest'ultimo.
La pulizia e la cura delle superfici affittate è ovviamente a carico totale dell'affittuario.
NON È POSSIBILE CHIEDERE LA RESIDENZA.
Il contratto di affitto sarà regolarmente registrato presso L' Agenzia delle Entrate ed i costi di registrazione equamente divisi tra le due parti.
