The decor is inspired by a blend of mid century modern, some of my favorite things (who doesn't love a painting of a badass woman and a 20lb brass turkey leg?) - and a love of Palm Springs. The outdoor space is built for relaxing and ready for early morning coffee, post-hike recovery, reading a book with your toes in the water and sunset grilling. My home is my project so I’m constantly making updates to ensure it delights both me and you. I hope you’ll find that everything has been considered.

• I do my best to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests but neither can be guaranteed until closer to your stay.
• The Untitled House is a quick ride-share to downtown Palm Springs. If you drive, there are four parking spots in the driveway.
• Dogs are allowed (max 1 ) and require an additional $100 per stay.

• Pool cleaning on Tuesday and Friday afternoons
• Landscaping on Wednesday afternoons
• Waste Management on Thursday mornings
• Palm Springs collects a transient occupancy tax of 11.5% per stay. This amount is a separate line item in your reservation.
• Beginning July 1, 2021, the Tourism Board began collecting a 1% fee for each stay. This will also be a separate line item in your reservation.
IMPORTANT: Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance Requirements
• Booking/Primary Guest (responsible party) must be 25 or older and must actually stay at the house e.g the house can not be rented on behalf of others.
• 4 cars max are allowed at any time
• 8 people max overnight and 12 people max during the day (10am-10pm)
• No outside music or inside music that can be heard outside; no excessive noise
• Signed contract with copy of Driver’s License
***Any violation of Palm Springs rules (occupancy, noise and number of cars) is subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

• Guests will pay actual gas and electric costs via pre-paid deposit. Refunds/overages will be adjusted when bills are available (and will be shared with you).
• Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged directly with my Concierge for an additional fee.
• If no mid-stay cleaning is scheduled, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged.
