This spacious, light-filled apartment features 3 bedrooms, a massive living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with a jacuzzi and rain shower, and an unbelievably large balcony with outdoor dining and lounge spaces. Dramatic black marble floors and contemporary decor makes this a unique property on the market.

A massive balcony wraps around the apartment, with outdoor dining for 6 and more lounge space. While you have a partial sea view, what is more interesting to see is the high-end Ogarden hotel that was just built across the street and features hot tubs on the balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and stove/oven. A chic high table creates an ideal nook to bring your laptop for a morning coffee or evening drink.
The Master bedroom features a king bed, reading area, desk space, built-in storage, and direct balcony access. The middle bedroom features a queen bed, built-in storage, and a separate private balcony. Smaller "twin" bedroom also has built-in storage and direct balcony access.
Two marble-filled full bathrooms; one has a jacuzzi, the other an overhead rain shower. Both have additional heating units to warm up on cooler days.
The apartment is well equipped for babies, including a child cot, high-chair, and baby bath, but is not suitable for children ages 1-12 due to the balcony
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
