The building is located in a privileged area of Barcelona, next to its emblematic Diagonal Avenue. The flat is in the 3rd floor of the building.
The apartment is divided into 2 independent areas connected by one corridor:
- Zone A: independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 1 bathroom. This area will be shared by 3 young girls. The landlord will rarely enter this area.
- Zone B: independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 2 bathrooms (one of them is for the personal use of the landlord. The other one will be shared by the other 2 tenants of this area). This area will be shared by 2 tenants and the landlord. It includes osmosis only on this area but if you are staying in Zone A you can come to this area to use it.
The tenants in both areas are students aged between 20 and 22 who rented through HousingAnywhere.
The house also has a very typical inner courtyard of the Barcelona Eixample.
There is a shared terrace on the rooftop.
The apartment has a security alarm for your protection.
Excellent water quality in the house with water decalcification systems, hydroginatized water tap and air cleaning included.
BEDROOM DESCRIPTION (Zone A):
The room has a single bed, a chair, a big wardrobe and a small window.
This room belongs to the Zone A, which is private and only shared with 2 other female tenants.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION:
Ideal for students. The apartment is only 7 min walking from Pompeu Fabra University (Balmes Campus) and 15 min from the University of Barcelona.
The railway station of Provence is located 7min away and it is easy to travel by Metro taking lines 5 and 3.
There are also numerous options to catch a bus from Avenida Diagonal.
TERMS:
- Cleaning of common areas once per week included.
- The use of organic products is appreciated.
- Deposit: A deposit corresponding to half of a monthly payment will be charged and will be returned at the end of the rental period in the event that there are no damages in the house.
- You will receive a legal rental contract for the duration of your stay in the room.
