We are excited to share our home with you. It has family, friends and fun deeply imprinted in its DNA. It's set-up for quiet relaxation AND a bustling dinner party.
Proximity to the best towns on the Cape, we have loved the entertainment, dining, and shopping choices. Even after 25 years we still love "going to town" for the evening. On a clear night, remember to look up. The stars explode with the lack of city lights! And enjoy the super bright moons as well. When the moon is full, and the skies are clear, you could almost read a book in the front yard.
We love the friendly neighborhood. While on a walk or drive through the neighborhood, please return the friendly wave and "hello" you will receive from the neighbors. Our neighborhood is surrounded by amazing Conservation areas with incredible trails for walking/running. While visiting the nearby beaches is our number ONE activity, a close second is a Conservation area walk/run.
Perhaps oddly, our most favorite Cape house treat and the treat our visitors put at the top of their list is a refreshing outdoor shower. After the beach, a walk/run or a day of furious shopping in town nothing beats it!

Located in beautiful South Orleans, this Cape home with a Tutor flair is a bright and spacious gem. Boasting a stunning fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, multiple living spaces, first floor laundry, a large attached screened room, and just down the road from Little Pleasant Bay- this home has everything to make up a perfect Cape Cod vacation.
Sea-Saw Saucy has a spacious floor plan with a large living room, TV room, open kitchen dining area that easily melds into the outdoor entertaining and living space. There is a first floor bedroom, full bathroom and laundry. It also has a large screened room off the kitchen that adds so much potential for entertaining, playing games late into the night, and quiet escapes away after a long day enjoying the Cape.
Entering the home, to the left you access to the bright living space with plenty of comfortable seating, well appointed to spend time together. Directly ahead, you have a hallway leading to the modern updated kitchen and dining area. To your right, there is the first floor bedroom with a queen bed, all the books you could wish for on vacation, and room to make yourself at home. When entering the kitchen, you can image all the memories to be made in the beautiful, updated space, There is seating at the kitchen island, at the dining area to the left and direct access to the patio, with more space to entertain and relax, To the right, there is the laundry area, a full bathroom and access to the large screened in porch. Past the dining area, there is a tv and game room, tucked away but centrally located to join in when wanted. Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the second full bathroom, to the right you will find bedroom 2, with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen bed and a twin bunk beds. To the left, it takes you to bedroom 4 with a king size bed, work space if you need it, and an en suite bathroom.
This wonderful area of Orleans is full of conservation areas and walking trails all leading to the nearby bay and the ocean beyond. Terrific access for boating, sailing, and kayaking
Little Pleasant Bay is a protected enclave, considered one of the best locations on Cape Cod to launch a kayak with numerous creeks and inlets to explore.
