VILLA VALLE HERMOSO IN XÁLO (JALON)
Villa Valle Hermoso is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Xálo in the Jalon Valley. Just 20 km from the best beaches. What a great view from the terrace with cozy veranda where you can enjoy the green surroundings at any time of the day. A nice holiday home where everyone has plenty of space to fully enjoy a wonderful time in the always sunny Costa Blanca. This beautiful detached holiday home with private swimming pool is located just a little higher than all the other houses, giving you a panoramic view of the Jalon valley and the village of Xálo. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket can be found 2,2 km away, located in the village. Jalon is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. If you like wine, don't forget to visit one of the bodegas.
Just 19-25 km from the house are the beautiful seaside villages of Moraira and Jávea with fine sandy beaches, nice harbors and water sports options.
LAYOUT VILLA VALLE HERMOSO
Villa Valle Hermoso consists of 3 floors. You park on your own property with space for 3 cars, here you will also find the charging station for charging your electric car. You walk to the front door via a terrace and steps and enter the hall. From the hall you have access to a separate toilet, the upper floor, kitchen, living room and terrace with that phenomenal view. The living room has a cozy sitting area with pellet stove, ceiling fan, a dining area with table for 6 people, and there is a smart TV (including NLZiet), you can also log in to your own streaming service on the TV.
Through the dining area you walk to the covered terrace (Naja), which is equipped with a fireplace, electrically operated wind screen and a round table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy a dinner with family or friends or simply enjoy the stunning view!
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things: a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner gas stove, airfryer, coffee maker (Nespresso). From the kitchen you also have a beautiful view over the valley.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA VALLE HERMOSO
We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably nice view of the greenery, the valley and the mountains.
Once you enter the electric gate, you enter the parking lot via your own driveway, with space for 3 cars, where you will also find the charging station for charging your electric car. A few steps lead to the terrace, equipped with 2 sunbeds and a large parasol, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view. You walk from the terrace to the front door, where you will also find a nice seat! Via a staircase along the house you walk to the wonderful private swimming pool with sun beds. At the pool you have a spacious terrace with a dining area and a electric BBQ. On the terrace you have a separate room that you can use, here you will find a 2nd kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Particularities
- In the period from July to August, we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Thursdays and Fridays. Bookings should match previous/next bookings as much as possible, please ask us about the possibilities.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be as close as possible to
previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in between. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning € 160, bedlinen/towels € 20 pp
Deposit
A deposit of €450 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to pay the deposit via a credit card reservation. There is no reminder.
To manage the settlement of the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Depreciation will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Hermoso is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to April 30. The villa is heated by underfloor heating (gas) and pellet stove, the costs for gas are calculated based on the meter (€ 2,- per cubic meter). This surcharge must be paid in cash on site. In the period November to March the rental amount is on request. Winter rental is possible for a minimum of 4 weeks and maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee. Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
