Camera 2 is located on the right side of the house and faces toward the back gate. Camera 3 is located on the right side of the front of the house and faces toward the driveway. Camera 4 is located on the left side of the front of the house and faces the driveway and front entrance area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video while guests are in residence

DOUGLAS COUNTY VHR REGULATIONS (These are strictly enforced):
- Maximum occupancy is 6 (children/infants MUST be included when determining the number of occupants)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- A copy of the renter's driver's license is required prior to arrival
- Guests may park 2 cars in the garage and/or 3 in the driveway, for a total of 5 vehicles
- Guests will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced
- Trash must not be stored on the exterior of the property, except in a bear box to avoid a $100 fine
- Pickup is on Wednesday mornings
- The bear box is opened by a key attached to the right side of the box
- Notification: Lake Tahoe is a Bear habitat. Do not feed the wildlife
