This property is located in the Champagne and Burgundy forests national park, between the vineyards of Chablis and Beaune, just 1h30 from Paris, and 5 minutes from all the shops of Chatillon sur Seine. This independent 230mยฒ mill is fully restored where the old and the contemporary blend chicly.
Bucolic exteriors on the edge of the river: secure courtyard and enclosed garden of 700 mยฒ, surrounded by the Seine and the meadow, with spillway dam for the greatest happiness of adults, children and your pets.
You will enjoy a first terrace overlooking the river arm and a second terrace open to nature with spa and sauna.
Ground floor: A large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with billiards, an open fireplace (wood provided) and a musical piano give a very special atmosphere to this place. A bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete this first level. Satellite TV with international channels and high-speed wifi allow teleworking.
Upstairs: a bedroom suite (160 x 200 bed) with private shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms each with a 160X200 bed, a large bedroom with 4 90 x 200 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet can accommodate 10 people. An additional extra bed can be installed on request.
For families with babies, a travel cot, a changing table, a bathtub, a high chair are available.
