Outdoor is a paradise offering a glistening pool, jacuzzi & lush garden. Perfect place for a staycation !
Beautiful 3,700 sq. ft. Spanish Style home with spacious open floor plan. Updated kitchen, fully equipped with all the tools and small appliances you need to cook a delicious meal. Breathtaking outdoor oasis with pool, jacuzzi, garden, patio dining area and more.

Full access to the property aside from a couple of locked closets. Guests may park in gated driveway area but we don't allow vehicles in the garage.
House Rules:
A) The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests' use/ occupancy of the premises, including the pool and the spa.
B) The owner and host are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests during their entire stay on the premises.
C) The following are strictly forbidden at this listing (any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and damage claims):
1. Any extra guests, anywhere on the premises, at any time during the stay. Only the guests mentioned in the reservation (up to 16) are allowed to be on the premises – as per Airbnb rules.
2. Parties or events of any size (including inviting any outside guests at any time) - as per Airbnb rules.
3. All Loud Noise And Music , At Anytime Anywhere On The Premises – as per Airbnb rules.
Quiet Hours Are : 9pm-9am, Please Respect Our Neighbors…
4. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, inside the house.
5. Cooking anywhere other than in the designated areas (Kitchen & backyard Barbecue) – as per Airbnb rules.
6. Bonfire anywhere on the premises.
7. Pets of any kind or size (except fully licensed service dogs).
8. Professional filming or photography (without prior approval from the host).
9. Guest may not park inside garage. Garage roll up door must remain closed at all times.
D) Pool rules
1. Children are not allowed to be in the pool area without adult supervision / a designated adult watcher at all times !
Swimming vests for toddler and young kids are highly recommend to insure children safety!
2. Entering the pool or the Spa, regardless of age, is at your own risk.
3. No glass articles are allowed in the pool and Spa areas.
4. Spa: Spa Heating and Water-Jet systems can only be activated remotely by the Host, upon request in writing, before or during the stay.
Spa Heating is available year-round for an additional fee of 150dollar/day.
Spa Water-Jets is available year-round and is free of charge. Each activation turns-off automatically after 30 min, to avoid over-heating of the jets system. Water-Jet can be turn-on again 10 minutes later for up to 4 activations a day. Water-Jet activation service is available Only from 8am to 11pm daily, 7 days a week .
5. Pool-water heating:
Pool-water heating is available upon request, for an additional fee of 300dollar/day. Pool heating is not available from December 1st - February 28th.
6. Guests may not control or tamper with any of the pool equipment.
E) Miscellaneous
1. There is a 50 dollar fee for gate-remotes that are not returned to the console table box upon checkout (30dollar will be credited back to the guest if the remote is later returned by mail).
Guests let themselves in. The house has a smart lock system with a code that will be provided. We give guests privacy to enjoy their own space however I am always here to help if you ever need anything. I am also always available via text or phone.
Melody Acres is a highly sought after pocket of Tarzana. It's a gem of a neighborhood, safe and peaceful. Walking distance to Ventura Boulevard which is full quaint and trendy shops bars and restaurants. The very large Westfield Topanga mall offers 55,000+ sf food hall with restaurants and bars, luxury fashion stores, outdoor hangout, areas entertainment, Amc dine-in with 12 cinema and Imax, Pinstripes bowling and dining. The house is located on a quiet tree lined street. Very easy access to major Hwy's which allows easy travel to all La attractions including Malibu beach, Universal Studios, the city, and more.
Los Angeles is a vast city. Renting or having a vehicle is highly recommended in a city this large and spread out but if you choose not to rent a car your best option for getting around is Uber or Lyft. Electric Scooters and bicycles are also available throughout the city as a fun means of visiting Los Angeles and getting around.
