This property is located in an exclusive gated community. You are renting a sparingly rented luxurious short-term stay in the lower level (1772002) 2400 sf walk-out garden level of my custom home. I live in the upper level and due to the virus I control the number of guests coming into my home. This property is not your regular VRBO type rental. I only rent occasionally, not everyday or every weekend. This assures my guests a very clean, disinfected, private, area on a working ranch.
Rates are based on per person per night. This offers an individual fisherman or business traveler the ability to rent without having to pay for all the rooms. Each additional guests are at a much lower per night rate. Please be aware of how the rates are based. Your reservation needs to show all members of your party that will be staying. No additional unregistered guests will be allowed to stay.
Rates are based on per person per night up to six people in your party. The additional charges for more than one person will be displayed in the additional charges column in your reservation. Only the number of registered renter will be allowed to stay. Please, no surprises. No exception. Once I have received your confirmation I will then block the entire lower level out for your exclusive use.
I live and operate my business from the upper level of my home. Check in is between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm any late check ins must be approved prior to arrival. Do not just show up late at night. The house will have its security system armed and police will be dispatched. Check out is 9:00 am to sharp. No exceptions. This is due to the cleaning staff busy schedule.
The lower garden level has three large bedrooms, two queens and one king, one full bath, and laundry in the garden level. This area includes a large 2500 sq. ft. open living/recreation area with large screen TV, Direct TV, internet, computer bar for using/charging laptop and phone, pool table, juke box, Oven/ range, full size refrigerator, microwave, and patio BBQ for outdoor cooking. The large recreation room offers abundant room for gathering, playing games or just relaxing. Its just a short drive to Divide, Cripple Creek or downtown Woodland Park, dining, entertainment and recreation. There is a guest parking sign right at the lower level lighted walkway leading to the private lighted entry to the lower level.
You will need a gate code for the white gates to enter the subdivision. Please drive slow when entering the subdivision along with NO DUST coming up my driveway.
I want to assure you a safe, clean and comfortable stay.
When you fill out your reservation the nightly rate for one individual per night is displayed on the calendar. By confirming the total number of guests in your party into your reservation it will show you your individual stay rate plus the additional guest fees for each additional member of your party up to 6 people. The additional guest rate is broken down by number of guests more than one. For each additional guest in your party a per night fee is then added to your reservation. With your reservation confirmation your party will have the exclusive use of the entire LOWER Garden level of my home. In some cases you maybe asked to pay additional cleaning charges based on the number of quests in your party.
General area outdoor activities include Pike Peak tours, hiking, horseback riding, State and National Parks, and historic gaming and gold-mine community of Cripple Creek. Royal Gorge and whitewater rafting just a short drive away. Abundant wildlife are often seen on the property, great location to enjoy the changing of the Aspens, 90 miles from ski area, close to Colorado Springs and Air Force Academy.
