It is located on the 2nd floor in the former attic and has an independent entrance accessible by an external staircase with a beautiful private terrace on the pond. It consists of a large living room of 48 m² with salleanger, living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds 90 twin each, a bedroom with a bed 160, a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom. An internal staircase connects the 2 lodgings together. Cot and high chair. Land of 9 hectares with courtyard, parking, garden and access to the edge of the pond.
