It has changed over the centuries: originally a coaching inn, then a hotel and now a comfortable & congenial gîte, ideal for getting together with family or friends. Ground floor: large dining room with medieval décor for festive evenings (sound system, bar, lighting sets), fully fitted kitchen (2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, ice maker, etc.), comfortable light & airy lounge opening onto terrace, 2 separate WCs. Beautiful curving stone staircase leads to 2 upper floors: 8 bedrooms (5 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, 1 with 130cm wide bed). 5 bedrooms have TV, all have own shower or bathroom/WC. Beds made on arrival. Towels provided. Large parking area. Terrace and garden (450 sq.m. in total). Gas heating (charge based on actual consumption). Gîte can be rented per night: 700€ for the whole. Nearby: village of Is-sur-Tille (shops/services). Tourist village of Bèze (caves, resurgence). Châteaux of Fontaine-Française and Arcelot.
