Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Please respect the no-dog policy.Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is no cable TV.The pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to Monday of Labor Day weekend, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A pool card is required and is included with the rental. A fee will be assessed for lost or stolen pool cards. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
