This villa features three spacious bedrooms, which can comfortably host 6 guests. You may use a sofa bed in the living room to host up to 8 guests.

Our fully furnished Nadia's Ao Nang Pool Villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection.
We provide fresh bed linens, brown or blue beach towels for your use at the pool and beach, and white towels for baths.
We also include two beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and seasonal fruit upon your arrival.
Tuk-tuk service:
Ourtuk-tuk service is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
We offer a free round-trip to Ao Nang Beach (go and back to the villa) one time per day.
The space:
Our swimming pool, 3.5 x 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.2 meters, is for you to enjoy.
The first floor of the villa features a living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom complete with a king-size bed, a mini fridge, and a satellite TV with Thai TV channels. Another bathroom is located at the parking.
In the living room TV, you can watch YouTube, Thai TV channels, CNN International, BBC World News, Al Jazeera English, Bloomberg, and CCTV 4.
Moreover, you can watch kids and entertainment channels such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and many HBO-related channels.
On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms with King beds, mini-fridges, and satellite TV with Thai TV channels. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. Additionally, 2 balconies one with a pool view and one with a mountain view.
Cleaning service & utility:
We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding.
Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights.
For a stay of more than 28 nights, electricity will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water will be charged 10 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included.
The electricity bill for this villa is 4,000–6,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 10,000 baht per month, depending on your usage.
