The sea view is not from the apartment but from the front of the building and the parking. There is a shared parking in front of the building.
Not only can you sit peacefully on the terrace, but you can exit the building and do a breathtaking walk around the Mont Boron, following the sea, and stop on a bench to read or just admire the views of the Mediterranea from Nice or Villefranche.

Otherwise, a 10-minute walk away, four other lines (33, 15, 603) can be taken to the city center or in the direction of Monaco. If you have a car, there is a communal parking area in front of the building.
