The garden is an ideal spot to sit out and have a drink alfresco style in the summer months before venturing down the river to the many pubs and restaurants within walking distance from the house at Pateley Bridge. On the first floor there is a well-presented, well-equipped kitchen/dining area, ideal for socialising with friends and family or cooking a meal for all the family to enjoy should you not wish to dine out. Over the second and third floors are four large bedrooms, one of which offers en-suite facilities. If you are bringing a dog please ensure that it is kept under control in all public areas of the Mill and please be aware that there is a small hedge between the property and the neighbours so it would be possible to easily escape. Please also ensure you pick up any dog poo and dispose of in the respective bins near the house.
