Summary: We really liked the quiet and beautiful neighborhood this house was in. The upstairs of the home was great and the upstairs beds were comfortable. We used the deck to BBQ and hang out a couple nights which was also nice. The issues we had with the house were primarily found in the basement. There were quite a few spiders in the bedroom and laundry room, and the beds in the bedroom downstairs were more like prison cots than actual mattresses. In my opinion, nobody should sleep in that room on those beds until actual mattresses are put in. The owner was very responsive when told about the issues, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of less, however I’d recommend a deep deep clean before renting this home out again. Keep in mind, only one towel per person is provided and one roll of paper towels so make sure to bring your own.
