4.5 bath with 4 King Beds, 3 King En-suites and a King in a very large lower level apartment. (4 kings with baths). Great home for attending spring/fall weddings. Near Chatham Bars and Wequassett.
4 King en-suite bedrooms two with private decks, two twin, four and a half bath home with outside shower with hot and cold water. Granite counter tops in the kitchen which is equipped with all new pots and pans, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, crock pot, griddle, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster, blender and more! Sun room, stainless steel gas BBQ. The large living room has a 55 inch Ultra HD TV (4K)with newly added Bose/Onkyo 5.1 surround sound system with Spotify, ceiling fan and seating . There is also a reading room on the first floor with plenty of seating and a Captains Wheel table.
Extensive bathroom remodel done in 2019 created multiple en-suites and a dressing areas suitable for weddings and other formal events.
The large lower level has its own King bedroom and kitchenette, 65 inch Ultra HD flat screen TV, full height windows and its own private entrance. Professionally decorated and remodeled. All furniture, pillow top mattresses and new comforters. As with most Cape rentals you will need to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them. Flat screen smart TV with cable with upgrade to NESN, NetFlix, Bose speakers on deck with Yamaha receiver, free long distance calls, secure wireless Internet, keyless entry, FREE long distance calling, lots of indoor and outdoor games. Beautifully landscaped, three decks plus a patio for true indoor outdoor living. Located in historic North Chatham it is only a short bike ride or walk to two town landings. Only two miles to the center of Chatham where you can enjoy band concerts on the green, take in a Chatham Anglers baseball team, or simply enjoy strolling down charming Main Street which is littered with boutiques, restaurants and antique shops. Four full bathrooms all with showers one with a large jacuzzi tub with skylight.
For Home entertainment the villa has a total of 7 TVs with Comcast cable. Netflix, Disney Plus and Spotify available for virtually any entertainment need. Speakers on Deck, Living room and Kitchen.
Other Features include outdoor shower and changing room, Fully air conditioned, Sound system in Kitchen and on outdoor deck, 2 bedrooms with private decks, two kitchens, laundry facilities, ample parking, Security system, secure wifi and high speed internet, CCTV security cameras outside.

Summary: Excellent house on a very well maintained property. The house sits at the end of the very quiet private road. There are a series of speed-bumps leading to the home, that we initially thought might be a nuisance, as we like to travel about, but after the first day we got used to them. There was ample space for the 10 of us to spread out but also plenty of room for us to congregate together. Communication with the owner was excellent leading up to and including our stay. We were given several recommendations on beaches and restaurants nearby. The garage has corn hole and has a plethora of beach supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with all of your basics. We have been renting homes for well over a decade and I can honestly state that this home was the best stocked of all of them. After staying in this house my wife now considers Chatham to be her favorite location on the Cape.
