The property is located about 18 km from the beaches of Lake Como, known for its fascinating villages, beautiful villas and the possibility of windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing. The accommodation is distributed on two levels, occupying the entire ancient wing of the 17th century villa. On the first floor: living area with large veranda overlooking the courtyard, a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen and a large dining room with fireplace from which the exclusive garden (200 m²) is accessible.
On the second floor there is the sleeping area with a large lobby, a double suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom.
