Villa Doramas MB is a spectacular accommodation in the heart of Patavalaca, in the south west of Gran Canaria. Its 6 bedrooms, distributed over 3 floors and its private pool (heatable with a surcharge) with views of the town of Arguineguín will not leave you indifferent and will grant a dream vacation on our island.
Description of Villa Doramas MB in Patalavaca
This fantastic Villa is located on the heights of Patalavaca and therefore has privileged views over the Anfi del Mar bay, Arguineguín providing sunsets that you will never forget.
From the main street there is access to a mezzanine, where you will find a double bedroom with a double bed, a complete ensuite bathroom and access to the solarium on the upper floor. You will also find a second double bedroom, with a double bed, television and wardrobes to store your clothes.
The spacious living room is divided into two areas and has incredible views of the pool and the sea. It has a Smart TV, high-speed internet, a large sofa and individual seats. In the other area, you will find a spacious and cozy dining room with capacity for up to 8 people and sea views.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, fridge, coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It also counts on a kitchen island with ceramic hob and extractor, its window overlooking the pool and barbecue area make it very bright.
On this floor you will also find a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and a complete bathroom on a lower floor which is accessed by stairs and leads to the garage.
On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a a double bed, a television, a large dressing room, a complete bathroom with a shower and access to a huge terrace with sea views.
There is a utilities room with a washing machine, dryer and sink too, a second bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace that it shares with the rest of the bedrooms and the last and most spacious of the bedrooms in the house, which has wardrobes, sea views, private access to the terrace, double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with bathtub and shower.
The pool area is very welcoming: you will find an outdoors dining area, a fully furnished kitchen and barbecue area and sea views!
If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the top floor's terrace; gazing the entire Patalavaca bay, from Arguineguín to Anfi del Mar and relaxing at the chill out area with a book and a good wine. It will not leave you indifferent.
Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the southern island. It is located just 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes by car from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the Maspalomas Lighthouse and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport.
