Welcome to your five-bedroom ocean-view escape, just a street away from the captivating waves and steps from the serene Croatan beach access. This bright and spacious home spans three floors, offering the perfect setting for your dream vacation. Spend leisurely hours outdoors on one of the three decks, each boasting breathtaking ocean views. The large pool, surrounded by a spacious patio and enclosed by a white fence, is perfect for entertaining.
The expansive kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of cooking and serving items, makes meal prep a joy. Share meals in the generous dining room, or enjoy outdoor cooking with two gas grills—one by the pool and the other on the third level near the kitchen. This home is packed with amenities to make you feel right at home.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one full) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. The fourth-floor "escape" room, with its large deck and fantastic view, can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom.
The large garage is stocked with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. With eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, you'll never run out of things to do.
City health regulations limit occupancy to three persons per bedroom, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone.
Linen service includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth). Additional linens are available for rent through our in-house linen company if needed. We use EPA-certified cleaning products with our provided cleaning service for your safety.
Parking is easy with space for up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.
