The cozy cottage is located right on the footpath to the beach. From the 1st floor you have a beautiful view of the sea, you also look towards the north on a wetland. On the enclosed terrace to the southwest there is a sandbox and a kettle grill. The terrace to the north lets you enjoy the morning sun, it is also undisturbed. Clinker bricks and wooden floors make the non-smoking house also allergy friendly. On the common area you will find a campfire site, a tennis court and a playground with seesaw, swing and playhouse. In the communal house there is the washing machine and dryer. There are restaurants in the marina 150 meters away.
