Experience a relaxing stay in our family-friendly holiday apartment in Oberwinter, an idyllic district of Remagen. The fully furnished 46sqm 2-room apartment in the basement can accommodate up to 4 people plus a child and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area.
The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a writing desk and a 42-inch flatscreen TV (with Astra and Amazon Fire Stick). A high-quality sofa bed with a 22cm thick hard foam mattress offers comfortable sleeping for up to two people. In the bedroom you will find a king-size box spring bed for up to two people and space for a cot. A coat rack and three chest cupboards provide plenty of storage space.
The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated dining area and offers everything you need for self-catering with a mini oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer combination and dishwasher. A Miele washing machine is also available. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and fully automated ventilation.
In front of the holiday apartment there is a 30mยฒ terrace and a large garden for shared use (including sun area and trampoline). The apartment is in the basement of a new building with underfloor heating and is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are only allowed by arrangement.

There are excellent public transport connections from Oberwinter train station, from which trains to Bonn/Cologne and Koblenz run several times an hour.
