This home is located in the gated community of Trafalgar Village and next door to another home we manage. Trafalgar Village offers a natural spring lake and a conservation area that is perfect for an early morning or evening stroll or jog.
This lovely home is brand new to the rental market and offers warm and cozy surroundings.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
The large master suite has wooden floors and is fitted with TV, a king bed and plenty of closet space. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and separate bathtub and toilet.
There are a further 2 queen rooms and a den with futon/sofa bed located at the front of the house. All these bedrooms are carpeted and have flat-screen TVโs.
The den and one queen room share the Jack n Jill bathroom with sink, shower and tub combo and toilet. The 2nd queen has it's own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The 4th bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is located towards the rear of the house making it convenient for the pool and patio.
The main living space has tiled flooring is tastefully decorated with large flat screened TV and sliding doors leading out to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make full meals or snacks which can be enjoyed in the dining area of the kitchen, breakfast bar or out by the pool. The pool & spa can be heated at a cost of $45/day.
There is high speed Wifi throughout the house and a washer and dryer for your use, offering every convenience you need. You can spend some quiet time soaking up the sun on your private patio with pool and spa but if you want a little bit more action, head on over to the Clubhouse where a pool, hot tub, private beach area, volley ball, movie theatre, gym, kids playground and game room await you.
You truly feel like you are staying in a resort but you have the luxury of your own home to enjoy as you please.
This home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and all the fun of the theme parks.
We also offer a grocery delivery service. You send us the list and we charge a fee in addition to the purchase amount for the delivery to be received at your door. Ask for more information with us!

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The guest must sign a Rental Agreement.
ATTENTION:
We charge an adm fee/resort fee of $99 upon booking. This is not included in the total amount and it's collected separately.
*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).
HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.
2- If you want early check-in(2pm) or late check-out(12pm), please request in advance for availability and there will be an extra charge of $60 for each.
3- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case os smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.
4- Please do not check out late, from 15min late to 1h 59min will be charged $60, from 2 hours of delay will be charged the rate of one day.
5- Please do not leave garbage inside or outside the house, all of your garbage should be placed in fully closed plastic bags and placed in the trash bin, which should have its lid fully closed with no loose garbage inside. If there is extra garbage that does not fit in the trash bin it should be disposed of separately in the dumpster. If any of these instructions are not followed, you will be charged an extra fee of $100.
6- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra $450 for a deep cleaning.
7- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, or if anything is broken in the house we will charge you for the damaged/missing item.
8- The use of any type of illicit drugs is not allowed in any area of the house or resort, if traces are found that show it has been used, a fee will be charged and the police notified
9- We request you to remove your shoes when going to the area that has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if itโs your own!
10- In case youโre staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi (hot tub), you can request the extra pool heater service at least 48 hours before your check-in. If you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after, the fee will be $50. The cost is $45 a day, please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool/jacuzzi (hot tub) heating. Guests are not allowed to set any pool heater or pool equipment and may be charged for damage caused by the guest. The pool heats up gradually and takes a while to get fully heated. For security reasons, the highest temperature allowed is up to 95 degrees Fahrenheit, as recommended by USA Swimming, and not to affect the chemicals used.
11 - In case youโre staying in a house with BBQ Grill, the cleaning fee for the BBQ Grill is $50 for the entire stay. We do provide the propane tank, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves. Guests must request and notify us in advance if they are going to use the BBQ Grill.
12- The A/C should not be set below 72F. We further recommend that all doors and windows be kept closed during the period of your rental. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the A/C system to become inoperative and freeze, which may cause additional charges to the guest.
13- The guest booking a reservation in our house agree that any damage of any nature caused by the guest to the property, will generate extra charges to the guest for these damages.
14- Please DO NOT park on the street, to avoid your car being towed. And please don't park in the driveway of other house either.
15 - No Pets Allowed.
