Located close to the heart of Port Orange, this tranquil and family oriented neighborhood is home to a lot of local residents. Most of our neighbors live there long term and have a family, so it is very quiet and safe to walk around.
They are very friendly and may have kids running around within the neighborhood after school time. Please watch out for kids while driving in the neighborhood and do not play loud music at night time that may disturbs other residents. You may also see people walking their pets or jogging pass.
