Upper floor beautifully furnished and equipped 3 BR, 2Bath Condo with 2 large balconies. Condo is very spacious with a split floor plan. The master has its own private balcony, a 60" smart TV, and a King size bed with remote controlled hydraulic lift system that moves the mattress up and down to watch TV comfortably. The Master bathroom has a very deep soak bathtub, ideal for apre-golf or apre-hike. The living/dining room is spacious with 75" smart TV and views of the McDowell Mountains, a large dining table for 6, and direct access to a covered balcony with a view to the natural Arizona habitat for relaxing and entertaining. The 2 guest rooms have both very comfortable queen beds and one has a big desk to get some work done if needed. All rooms have ample storage for even the biggest Fashionista. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances such as a automatic coffee maker by DeLonghi and a Breville AirFryer that makes the best dishes in no time. The condo is attached to a 2 car garage that has an extra freezer unit if needed for Holiday Gatherings and big Costco runs.
