The holiday home built in 2012 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, sandpit and campfire site. The owner has a small farm with domestic animals on the property, very interesting for families with children. The facility is separated from the small farm by a fence and has a common yard with facility CSR SLM 027. Whirlpool €50/first bathing day + €10/each additional day after approx. 2 hours

Today, the route is used for the purpose of tourist purposes on the length of about 5 km. Overcoming the height difference of the route of 217 m was made possible by hairpin bends.
