This guest suite in the small Texas town of Belton is nestled on a serene cliff overlooking Belton Lake. This bottom floor unit invites you to sip your coffee or enjoy your favorite cocktail while relaxing on the porch and experiencing stunning lake sunsets views. With a community pool, resort marina, boating, kayaking, fishing and local eateries within 5 miles of the property, you can enjoy all the best of the Belton area from this charming guest house.
While this laid back retreat is an ideal location for watching the early anglers as you sip your morning coffee or have a fireside sunset cocktail; I highly recommend filling your days with local sight seeing or lake activities because this Small guest studio is Not Conducive for just hanging out indoors.
Full access to downstairs and yard. Deck by lake may be shared with upstairs guests.
We live in main house on property and are a phone call away if we are not here.
As you meander down our peaceful; 1 lane; privately owned; tree covered road, you instantly feel the peace and serenity of our quiet retirement community. Our neighbors keep watch over the goings and comings of the vehicles driving through their properties. We ask you to please be respectful and drive the posted 10mph. Our house is tucked away at the end. Although we have neighbors, it feels very secluded.
We are in a private retirement community just outside of the small community or Morgans Point Resort.
-The speed limit on our private, non paved, 1 lane rd is 10mph
-Maximum of 1 vehicle/ no motorcycles or anything trailered
-1 Hypoallergenic Pet welcome with 10 dollars per day fee. Please let me know, I will adjust your reservation.
-You may hear the Guests upstairs walking around.
-More people in your party? You may reserve our upstairs unit.
-Our place is shared with other guests, due to limited parking and for the quiet enjoyment and comfort of our other guests we only allow registered guests on property. If meeting others, Temple Lake Park is 5 minutes away with pavilions, grills and lake access.
-We are on a cliff, children under 13 should not be on this property

You must drive through several of our neighbors private property to reach ours, please respect them by driving the posted speed.
