Situated close to the golf courses and beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago this sunny south facing villa is built in the classic-style with a large pool and wide sun terraces. This property benefits from lovely views of the surrounding pine forest and up to the hills to the north.
Recently refurbished with 3 new bathrooms, modern kitchen and furniture.
The large wooden door opens to a bright modern interior with light stone floors and an open plan lounge/dining room.
The family kitchen opens to a pretty terrace area where one can enjoy al fresco dining. On this level there are two large guest bedroom suites.
On the first floor is situated a further guest suite with its own balcony as well as a large master suite with superb views of the surrounding pine forest.
The lower ground floor is where you will find another two bedroom suites, a lovely bar with great games room for the whole family. This lower ground floor benefits from full size windows and lots of natural light.
Around the pool you will find 6 sunloungers, dining table and chairs and outside sofas as per photos.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
