House Rules:
1. No smoking allowed
2. No drugs allowed
3. Parties are not allowed with the guests of the house, people who are not guests from outside is not allowed for security.
4. People from outside who is not guest is not allowed to be in the house or to stay over in the house.
5. Any damage to the house will be paid by the guests.
6. The towels are only to dry off the body and use in the bathroom never to clean the floor or any other use that can damage the towels with stains or hair painting or make up.Any damage will be charge to the guest. The same rule apply to the bed sheets and comforters.
7. The walls of the bathroom are made with "chukum" Mayan artcraft, any damage to the walls or shower room with stains like hair painting it is prohibited.
8. It is not permitted subleased the house.
9. For security and safety, the guest are not allowed to bring into the house any service like (chefs, Massages, etc.) If they are not authorized by the host.
