The outside staircase takes you to the entrance hallway. To the right you come to the double room on the mountain side with a small balcony. To the left is the triple room, also on the mountain side, with bunk beds and a single bed. Through the hallway you enter the open-plan kitchen/living room and to the right the bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. The lakeside living room with fireplace is connected to the kitchen via a round arch. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a uniquely beautiful panoramic view of the lake. The flat has modern facilities including satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster and WIFI internet connection. The vineyard homestead is suitable as a year-round domicile due to its particularly warm and sunny location and has central heating. Most of the flats have a fireplace or wood-burning stove. Firewood is available at cost price.
You will find a table tennis table and board games in the tavern in the main building. The rustic wine cellar "Cantina" offers house wine and specialities from the surrounding area and the local baker will bring fresh bread rolls to the house in the morning on request. The general recreation area (garden) with breathtaking lake views is also lovingly designed with a solar-heated pool [7 x 3.5 m], sun terraces with deckchairs, seating area, barbecue and pizza oven as well as a herb garden. The solar and energy-heated pool is open from Easter to the end of October. The pool is usually a few degrees warmer than the outside temperature. The goldfish pond, the guinea pigs and dwarf rabbits as well as the chickens especially delight our younger guests.
The fascinating location of Casa Rina inspires for walks, hikes or bike tours, also directly from the domicile. Mobile even without a car - a footpath leads to Gravedona in approx. 20 minutes to the beautiful waterfront promenade with numerous shopping facilities and attractive restaurants, bars and cafés. From the boat landing stage you have connections to the towns around the lake. You can reach Gravedona by car in 3-4 minutes. There are plenty of car parking spaces available above the property. The Casa Rina vineyard farmstead, a former winery dating back to 1724, consists of 4 buildings with eight individual flats and has been partially rebuilt and extended in the original style. The property is situated at about 200 metres above the lake on a sunny terrace in the middle of former vineyards and rusticos in the Lombard style. There is a small waterfall in the neighbourhood. The special, quiet location with its riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake as far as the southern part of Lake Como. The former owners of the estate built a Madonna chapel on the property out of gratitude, which is still in its original state today.
