We invite you to stay at Great Higham Barn Complex - sleeps 32 + (12 on sofa beds, futons for added fee) Max 44. There is a Barn, an Oast and two small cottages all sharing the estate exclusively.
The Barn: sleeps 18 (+ an extra 8 on sofa beds/futons for a supplement of £675 - in the living areas) 7 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 4 en suite bath or shower rooms and 1 WC. Outside there is a large private garden views over the fields with a large patio area and seating and private off-road parking for several cars on the driveway or undercover.
The property is entered via the double-height barn door which leads into a double-height glass-walled atrium.
The main dining area seats 18 with French doors leading to the rear patio area.
Ground floor:
Kitchen: split into three 'rooms' - the main cooking area, with sink, double range electric oven and extractor fan, two dishwashers and a large fridge. A second dining area overlooking the garden seats 12.
The utility room has a washing machine and a separate dryer.
Upper floor via stairs over the glass mezzanine:
Snug / Sofa areas for 6 / 8. Plus TV and DVD and PlayStation (no games)
Main sitting area: seats 14 with beanbags, 75" Smart TV / DVD

Cherry Cottage and Plum Cottage: both sleep 2 on beds each (extra 2 in each on sofa beds is available as part of the supplement) Interconnecting doors from one cottage to the other.
Sitting room: French doors lead to patio area, wood burning stove with an ample supply of logs, sofas (1 sofa bed), TV/DVD, WiFi

If you can tear yourselves away from this wonderful spot and all on offer at the barn, then there is lots to see and do in the area. Leeds Castle with Go Ape, Segway and the stunning grounds itself is within 20 minutes, Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine's Abbey are also within easy reach, and if you fancy a brewery tour, Shepherd Neame is based in nearby Faversham. This is a carbon-neutral development and all heating is supplied by the estates own coppiced woodland at no charge to the holidaymaker. In addition much of the electricity comes from a renewable source.
Dogs are welcome as long as they behave themselves! Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
Please note the pool is heated, and available from Good Friday to 31st October, but is weather dependent.

Cots and high chairs available upon request.
Gas BBQ available at the barn. The Oast and Cottages have coal BBQ's (coal not supplied). Available for use from beginning of April - end October.
Please note check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, cleaners will arrive at 9am to begin on hot tub but will not enter the property until 10am.
