The home is just minutes way from Uptown and everything that Charlotte has to offer! There is driveway parking and then additional parking along the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Your entire space is private. There are some deer that roam in the backyard so do not be frightened by our furry friends!
Guest access is via unique code which works only for the duration of your stay. You will have access to the entire property except the garages (which are locked).
Privacy abounds with keypad entry & you can come and go as you please. We live nearby to be able to assess the property and can be at the home within minutes if issues arise.
It's cozy and quaint, while still being minutes away from all the fun of Uptown and sports arenas!
Uber and Lyft are available and it's a quick drive to everywhere!
Parking is located in the driveway along the right side of the house (the side you are renting) or on the street. It is a large loop around driveway that goes into the backyard. The alarm system will be off while you are at the property. In the hallways, there are motion detectors hanging on the wall. These are not cameras. The motion detectors will not be on, since the alarm system will not be on. There is a doorbell camera. There are some deer that roam the back yard, so do not be frightened if you see furry friends!
