Modern apartment in Athens!
This apartment was fully renovated in April 2019 and can host up to 6 guests! My place lies below Filopappou hill in the famous Koukaki area, one of the must-visit - must stay places in Athens. You can walk through Acropolis and Plaka (10 minutes).
There are two large bedrooms with a double bed each. Closets, a desk, and shelves to store your things.
In the living room, you will find a relaxing sofa (which turns into a double bed) and a flat TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.
Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
