This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is located in the "Ainay
Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several public transports, shops, restaurants are available close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery... The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, condominium fees, housing insurance. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Have a look at the neighbourhood where this room in a turn-key flatshare is situated! Ainay is a particularly popular neighbourhood in the south end of Lyon's Presqu'île (2nd arrondissement). While being very touristic, it still has a small village feel which is much appreciated by the local residents. Of note is a lovely outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays, and the many boutiques and restaurants on the pedestrianised rue Victor Hugo. Nearby Bellecour is the most famous square in Lyon which offers stunning views of the Fourvière basilica. This, and the numerous historical monuments dating from the Middle-Ages (abbeys, churches, listed buildings...) make it an ideal neighbourhood to explore by simply letting your feet guide you through the streets. Otherwise, Perrache train station is one of Lyon's main transport hubs with the subway, trams and several bus routes all connecting there.
